The commercial department advises its clients in all stages of their business activities, from the stage of incorporation of the company and drafting of the agreements between the project partners, throughout raising financing from investors and/or financial institutions to fund the company’s activities, as well as handling all day-to-day commercial agreements and M&A transactions. The firm has extensive relationships with law firms abroad which enables the firm to provide efficient and professional services in a wide variety of territories including Africa, Europe, the United States and more.

The commercial department has specific expertise in the following fields:
M&A Transactions – The firm has extensive experience in advising investors in making investments in a variety of fields, including investments in hi-tech, commerce and trade, retail, and various traditional industries. In addition, the firm advises start-up companies and is supporting them in their financing rounds from both private investors and investment funds.
Cannabis and research of mind-altering substances – The firm advises several companies that are engaged in the cultivation, production and sale of cannabis as well as conducting pre-clinical and clinical research in the field of cannabis and/or other substances which are subject to the regulation of the Israeli medical cannabis unit such as psilocybin.
