Yifat has extensive experience in all areas of real estate and real estate entrepreneurship. Yifat advises in complex real estate transactions, and she provides legal services on a regular basis to entrepreneurial companies in residential and commercial projects. Yifat provides entrepreneurs with a one stop shop for all legal services they require in their real estate projects. In addition, Yifat has extensive experience in the field of purchase groups, preparing joint real estate holding agreements, complex leases, purchase and sale of income producing assets and land, “second-hand” transactions, construction agreements and on-going legal handling of properties and real estate companies.
Yifat hold a mediation certificate and is certified in drawing up “on-going power of attorney”.
Bachelor's degree (LL.B) in law, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1999.
