Dalit specializes in managing real estate transactions, including sale and purchase transactions, advising entrepreneurial companies and private landowners in a wide variety of development projects, including purchase groups, evacuation and construction agreements, urban renewal, combination transactions, and handling everything related to obtaining financing for the purchase and execution of a project. Dalit also represents banking entities in the field of bank financing in real estate transactions and construction support, project financing and complex financing transactions.
Prior to Dalit’s arrival to the firm, Dalit managed the real estate entrepreneurship department and the finance department in a law firm.
Dalit has two Bachelor Degrees, LL.B in law and B.A in social sciences with specialization in communication. In addition, Dalit also holds a mediation certification and certification for “on-going power of attorney”.
Dalit is active in volunteering in the community for the well-being of special children and the realization of their rights. In Dalit’s past, she spent years volunteering at the Schnieder Trustees Association of the Schneider Children’s Hospital and is currently on the board of Directors of the “Beit Al Hamim” foundation for children with special needs and at-risk youth.
