Hodaya provides legal support to the firm’s clients in a variety of transactions and fields, including residential and commercial real estate, purchase groups, urban renewal, registration arrangements at the Israeli Land Registration offices, and drafting of wills.
Hodaya has experience in working with different regulatory authorities in the real estate field, such as the Israel Land Authority, Real Estate Taxation offices, the Land Registry Bureau. Prior to Hodaya’s work at the firm she served as a municipal prosecutor.
Hodaya is certified in drawing up “on-going power of attorney”.
Bachelor's degree (LL.B) in Law, from Bar Ilan University (2015).
Hebrew and English.
Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2016.
