Head of the Commercial Department
Adv. Yariv Reichenberg joined as a partner to head the firm’s commercial department in 2022.
Prior to Yariv’s arrival to the firm, Yariv worked in leading law firms as well as in-house legal counsel in business groups, thus Yariv developed a diverse ability in both the legal and business worlds.
Yariv has extensive experience in the field of commercial law in all its aspects. Yariv represents companies in a wide variety of fields, including start-up companies in the field of technology and life sciences, investment funds, retail companies, and traditional industrial and commercial companies.
As part of Yariv’s activities at the firm, Yariv advises the firm’s clients in both their ongoing business activities and in complex transactions such as M&A transactions, financing rounds, JV agreements and other collaborations, technology commercialization agreements, and more.
Yariv has unique expertise in the regulation of cannabis and other mind-altering substances (such as psilocybin) and advises several companies in this field in their activities in Israel and abroad.
Bachelor's degree (L.L.B) and Business Administration (B.A) from Reichman University, (2005). Masters degree (M.B.A) in Business Administration, from Reichman University (specialization in finance), (2011).
