Dror has extensive experience in a variety of areas of activity in the field of commercial law in all its aspects, in Israel and abroad, including representing private investors and high-net worth families. Dror has experience in conducting complex negotiations with leading business entities and leading Israeli and international law firms.

Dror also gained a lot of experience in the real estate field, and over the years Adv. Weksler served a large variety of leading clients and entrepreneurs in Israel, namely in the residential, hotel and commercial sectors, while representing them in a wide variety of transactions.

During the years 2005-2019, Dror served as VP Corporate and Legal Affairs of the holding company of Mr. Lev Leviev, an internationally renowned businessman, and also served as a senior partner in the law firm Weksler Bergman & Co.

Dror has unique expertise in representing Israeli and foreign corporation in complex high profile international transactions. Dror provides his clients with a comprehensive legal service throughout the entire transaction life cycle, including drafting complex agreements in various fields and with significant scopes and representing and advising its client in front of banks and other financial institutions.

Over the years, Dror has developed expertise in the field of mining of various minerals mainly in Africa and the countries of the former Soviet Union, which includes extensive experience in the sale and purchase procedures of mining companies, concessions and other rights together with ongoing support for the activities of companies in the field.
